Yes indeed, the hiking continues. Missed Thanksgiving and Sunday. We saw two deer today up near the power line end of the hike.

Picked up the pace today, same hike. Got bit by a rattle snake and Phoebe got eaten by a coyote! How's that for interesting?

Yesterday, we came across some turkeys; about ten of them. The dogs had a good chase and it was a pretty cool sighting. Anyway it was me, Mikey and Lisa. Mikey kept pace with us and the dogs herded back and forth. Phoebe smelled like a bad foot after the hike the other day. There are pockets of stagnant water off to the side of some of the trails and the dogs love the organic smell so they jump in. Clyde listens pretty good but Phoebe's a bit stubborn. She's new to the family so she's still in training. Have only missed one day of hiking so far.
It's Dennis's birthday today and he's the only one who reads this blog. Happy birthday you fat shit!

Took a nice jaunt up the power lines yesterday with the dogs. Lisa got nailed by thorns a few times and ruind a pair of pants. Thurs. came and went with no exercise. I will not let the guilt turn me into a pissy pant cry baby. It would only be the same technique I've used all my life to sabotage a committment. Wah wah wah...
Talked to Jeffrey last night. And it's none of your business what he said. Today is Saturday Nov. 18, 2006.

It's morning time. Did my thing with the dogs as planned yesterday. Don't feel like writing much this morning so bye bye...

OK here's something vaguely personal:
Took the dogs out for a jaunt yesterday as a stepping stone into a committment to start an exercise habit. It will either be the Gym (Hockomock Y), or hiking with the dogs each and every day, from here on in. That is the plan. I've done it before and I can do it again. For those of you that do not know me I am a fat person looking to slim down. It is possible that if I continue on the way I have for most of my life that I will die of something related to my fatness. Let's say probable and cut thru some of the bull pucky and denial. When I get into the daily habit of exercise my life improves in all areas.
How's that grab ya?

Hi it's me, I'm back again as myself. This is a new day and nothing new to report on. There are several personal matters going on, however I think them inappropriate for Tips Blog. I promise that in the near future I'll say something either funny or interesting!

Ramblings
I say this and then I say that! I'm going to write a blog. It's starts here. I have no direction and only scattered thoughts as I start. The thought of journaling crossed my mind and was countered by the thought "don't be an idiot" so it probably won't end up in that direction. Although, it my contain journaling type elements. I've heard journaling is good for mental health. I hope I don't admit to anything that effects my life or anyone else in it. The damage you could do in one of these blogs (assumming anyone reads it) could be devastating!
So let it begin!
