We didn't hike today so no hiking stories. I got a pretty good dog story though.
As I was walking Clyde tonight it occurred to me that he has a favorite pooping place. He likes to poop on the side of the lawn of one of our neighbors. I love that this is his favorite spot because the neighbor is an unfriendly sort that has been a snob for as long as we've lived here. Over the summer Lisa and I were out on the back porch and we overheard her say to our other neighbor "I don't like that dog". Clyde had gotten loose and was running around in her back yard. Apparently Clyde also heard her, hence his favorite pooping spot!

Animals aren't as dumb as they seem sometimes!
